Shipping Service & Costs
We currently only deliver to destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below, delivery is currently free for all purchases for orders above Rs.4999 from www.theindiqlo.com. For orders under this value, a shipping charge of Rs.50 (inclusive of all taxes) is chargeable for each order.
Delivery Guide
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 7 working days of the order confirmation date. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or warehouse. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same. During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide. Customers will have to compulsorily provide OTP at the time of delivery of the package. We make our best efforts to deliver your order within 5-7 working days. We ensure the delivery for exchanged products within 5-7 working days.
Rules & Restrictions
Orders are processed and delivered on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including, without limitation to, requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction). Our Customer Care team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions after you place your order.
Delivery Problem
If our shipping provider cannot make delivery to you at the provided shipping address, an additional attempt will be made the following business day. In case of a second failure to deliver, the parcel will be sent back and a refund will be initiated for all pre-paid orders. If your parcel has been sent back, please contact our Customer Care team through email support@theindiqlo.com for assistance.
Order Processing Time
Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 - 48 hours on business days. Please note that business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Policy
At Indiqlo, we believe in the joy of seamless shopping experiences, which is why we’ve crafted our Exchange and Return Policy to be as delightful as your purchases.
Returning an item is easy at Indiqlo. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using one of the options below. Please note that items returned must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached. We are unable to provide returns under following circumstances:
- The tag loop is missing on the product.
- Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.
- Products that are purchased from outside India. Theindiqlo.com reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects.
Return Instructions
The quickest way to initiate a return or exchange is you can initiate your return request through our website your order’s tab. In case you do not get any response within 48 hours, you may contact us via call or WhatsApp us at +91 9586733111 , or write to us at support@theindiqlo.com with your order ID and reason for the return. Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within 5-7 business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items with the original packaging. Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner. The parcel will be checked as per the image available with the delivery partner and the barcode. If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled. Usually in such circumstances the executive will try to reach you on your registered mobile number. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 12-14 working days. If your return is not approved, our customer executive will get in touch with you.
Refund
Refunds will be made to your bank account directly after 14 days of return pickup. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. There are no charges for returns. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque. We are unable to provide refunds for products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team through support@theindiqlo.com to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.
Item Demaged During Shipment
If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team through support@theindiqlo.com immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrived damaged and inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.
